Article 7 — Complaints Involving HOA Officers/Staff

Officers/staff who are subjects of a complaint do not participate in the handling/decision of that case.
The Board may constitute an independent sub‑panel or invite a neutral adviser for sensitive cases.
Conflicts of interest must be disclosed in writing.
