Your responsibility. You and your contractor are jointly and severally liable for any damage to: roads, curbs, sidewalks, drains/manholes, streetlights, cables, planting strips, trees, signage, and other HOA property.
Fix it fast. Restore to HOA specs within the deadline we give.
If not fixed: The HOA may repair and charge back the cost and/or deduct from your ₱15,000 bond, after due process.
Bond release. Request final inspection when done; we refund the bond (less deductions) after clearance.
Common deductions: cracked curbs, clogged drains with cement/sand, broken streetlights/signage, damaged trees/planting strips.
Legal basis: RA 9904; DHSUD 2021 Revised IRR (due-process & enforcement mechanics).
