Process

  1. Submit a Beautification Proposal (location, sketch, species/materials).

Standards

  • Use non‑invasive species; maintain clear sightlines at corners; keep 1.0 m clearance from fire hydrants and utility boxes.

  • Planting in common areas remains HOA property; members may volunteer for upkeep.
