Article 4 — Yard, Frontage & Gutter Maintenance (Anti‑Dengue)

Standards

  • Grass/hedges trimmed below [height] cm; no overgrowth onto sidewalks/streets.

  • Keep gutters/curb in front of your lot free of leaves/soil/plastic; don’t sweep into drains.

  • Remove stagnant water (plant saucers, tires, buckets) weekly.

Anti‑Dengue 4S

  1. Search & Destroy breeding sites.

  2. Self‑protection (long sleeves/repellent).

  3. Seek early consultation for symptoms.

  4. Support spraying/fogging when advised by authorities.

Reporting

  • Report blocked drains or fallen branches via Maintenance Ticket with photos and exact location.
