Article 2 — Waste Segregation & Collection Guide (RA 9003)

Segregate at source. Use labeled bins/bags for:

  • Biodegradable: food scraps, yard waste.

  • Recyclable: paper, cardboard, glass, metal, certain plastics.

  • Residual: contaminated packs, chips wrappers, bathroom waste.

  • Special: batteries, bulbs, electronics, chemicals — store safely and coordinate drop‑off with the HOA/LGU.

Set‑out rules

Not allowed

  • Mixing segregated waste; scattering animals; open burning; dumping into vacant lots/drains.
