Purpose. Keep common areas and frontages clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Scope. Applies to all members, occupants, contractors, and guests within PET.
Member Duties

Keep your frontage/sidewalk gutter free of litter, leaves, and obstructions.

Store household trash in sealed bags/bins; follow the segregation guide and collection schedule.

Do not dump waste into canals/drains/vacant lots/empty houses.

No open burning of leaves, plastics, or any material.

Prevent nuisances (strong odors, smoke, clutter) affecting neighbors/common areas.

Cooperate with HOA clean‑ups, dengue prevention, and beautification drives.
Compliance & Process

First notice (advisory) → Correct within [48–72] hours.

Second notice (violation) → Hearing with the Committee; penalties per board resolution.

Repeat/serious violations → Board action; possible fines and cost‑recovery for clean‑up.
