Article 8 — Delinquency & Remedies (Due Process)

Process

Written demand from Treasurer.
After [30] days from demand, and after notice & hearing, a member may be declared delinquent and membership rights may be suspended.
HOA may file a collection case with the proper government body/court.
Criminal complaints may be filed if acts constitute crimes (e.g., falsified ORs).

Reinstatement

Settle arrears + penalties; written confirmation of good standing issued by Treasurer/Secretary.
