Due Date Payments are due on or before the 25th of each month. The exact due date will always be formally published by the Board to ensure all members are aware.
Incentive As an incentive for early payment, you can receive a 10% discount if your payment is made on or before the 25th.
Penalties To ensure fair and timely contributions from all members, a 10% late charge will be applied to any payment received after the published due date. This penalty helps cover administrative costs and ensures that the HOA can continue to provide quality services to the community.
