Article 6 — Special Assessments (Projects & Capital Outlay)

When used

  • Projects not in the regular OPEX (e.g., CCTV expansion, road rehab).

Approval steps

  1. Board Resolution describing scope, cost, and per‑lot computation.

  2. Notice of General Membership Meeting with the resolution attached (sent ≥ [3 weeks] before).

  3. Member ratification by simple majority of members in good standing (if required).

  4. Posting in ≥ 3 conspicuous places and notice to all residents.
