Article 11 — Refundable Deposits (Construction, IDs, Access)

Deposits we may require

Construction Damage Deposit; Access/ID deposits (if any); Clubhouse use bond.
Vehicle Stickers (annual fee, not a deposit): ₱350/car, ₱150/light vehicle; valid 12 months from issuance. Replace windshield stickers if damaged/lost per replacement rules.

Refunds

Return within [x] business days after clearance; any damage/clean‑up cost is netted with a written breakdown.
