In the essence of equity and equality all are encourage to participate in our security program. Failure to do so shall warrant penalty and inconvenience.
1. Our Security Guard has two (2) shifts. 12 Hours per Guard. One in the morning and 1 in the evening.
2. Roving of night guard is being conducted randomly in an disclose interval from 10PM to 5AM.
3. Radios/WALKIES are being provided by the Security Agency alongside with the RADIO provided by the HOA.
4. ALL Homeowner/Lot Owner shall be issued a STICKER for each vehicle and an ID for each house member (charges applies to IDs and Stickers).
5. All entities, vehicles (organic/inorganic) entering the subdivision MUST observed the SECURITY PROTOCOL, ROAD SAFETY RULES, USE OF COMMUNITY POLICIES of the Subdivision.
6. Non Organic vehicle’s must STOP at the guardhouse for LOGGING and INQUIRY.
7. For guests, they need to provide the name of the HOMEOWNER that they will visit and subject vehicle for a quick inspection and recording. NO DRIVER’S LICENSE shall be requested. Any valid id should be presented in exchange of the SUBDIVISION VISITOR’s PASS.
8. Guard on Duty will provide a 2-minute briefer on ROAD SAFETY and Parking Rules inside the subdivision.
9. The Guard On Duty, from time to time may do ADMIN tasks to assist the HOA in:
· Dissemination of STATEMENT of Accounts, Memorandum, NOTICES etc.
· Enforcement of PENALTIES
· Special CALL OUTS
110. The Guard shall implement the following :
· Opening and Closing of the BOOM at the entrance
· Log-In and Out of all vehicles
· Visitor education
· RECORD all inquiries of NON-Organic Members
· Escalate to SEC COM matters pertaining to the Jurisdiction of the HOA and the SECURITY of the Subdivision
· Call Out of individuals who are not resident of the subdivision
