For NON PAYMENT of the 3 Month Advance Sec Fee and the monthly Sec Fee. After several reminders: other than the 10% Penalty the following shall be the INCONVENIENCE:
· 30 sec delay on the gate opening by the guard on duty (entrance)
· 30 sec delay on the gate opening by the guard on duty (exit)
· Guest will be allowed to enter however the HO must go to the main gate to assist his/her guest
· NO ONLINE DELIVERIES shall be permitted to enter. Rider must call HO to pick up the delivery/s at the main gate.
· No COMMODITY Delivery/s (mineral water, Grab Food, Food Panda etc.) shall be allowed. They would need to pick it up at the gate
· School service will not be allowed to enter. Children would need to go to the main gate to be pick-up by their school service.
· Public Utility Tricycles/Padyak/Trisikad contracted by HO will not be allowed to enter.
· Pedestrian Gate shall have 30 sec delay for the delinquent HO and his/her family, househelps (entrance and exit).
If the HO settles his/her arrears, the INCONVENIENCE shall be lifted within 24hrs after verification of the payment.
