Q5: Why do workers, helpers, and drivers need to submit IDs?

Answer: All workers and helpers from Phase Two must submit valid IDs to the HOA. No ID, No Entry applies.

Reason: Workers are strangers to Phase One residents. Without ID verification, there is no way to confirm if they are legitimate helpers or potential security threats. IDs allow security guards to:

Record exactly who entered and who they are working for.

Hold someone accountable if there is theft, trespassing, or disturbance.

Prevent outsiders from pretending to be workers just to gain entry.

This rule is about protecting lives and property. For example, if a theft happens and a suspect was logged with a valid ID, the HOA can immediately identify who they are and who hired them. Without IDs, there is no accountability.
