After you submit your complaint (see Q2 for how to report), the Peace & Order Committee logs the case, may request statements and evidence, and coordinates with guards and/or the barangay as needed. If the matter is between members, it may be referred to the Grievance & Adjudication Committee for mediation. If still unresolved, you may appeal to the Board. Only after the Board issues a certification of non‑settlement may the case be elevated to HLURB/DHSUD, as provided in the by‑laws.
