Objectives

  • Deter and respond to threats, theft, vandalism, trespass, and disorder.

  • Coordinate with barangay police and emergency services.

  • Promote a culture of shared responsibility among residents.

Who does what

  • Peace & Order Committee: sets policy, supervises guards, reviews incidents, recommends actions to the Board.

  • Security Guards (on duty): access control, patrols, log incidents, initial response, coordinate emergency services.

  • Residents: comply with gate/ID rules, report incidents promptly, secure their property (locks, lighting, CCTV), and cooperate with investigations.
