Requests for footage

File a Footage Request to security@pethoa.com with incident date/time/location and reason.
Copies may be released to: (a) concerned resident (for their incident), (b) law enforcement, or (c) by Board authorization—subject to the Data Privacy Act and HOA policy.
Bring valid ID; sensitive third‑party data may be redacted.
