Article 5 — Contractor & Construction Entry (Safety Rules)

Before work

Secure HOA Construction Clearance (see Construction KB).
Submit worker list + valid IDs for gate registration; issue contractor passes.
Post a refundable damage deposit if required; follow waste‑hauling rules.

On site

PPE required (helmets, shoes, vests for road work).
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no noisy work on Sundays/holidays unless specially approved.
No road blocking without an approved traffic plan; keep emergency lanes clear.
Zero discharge of cement wash‑out/chemicals into drains; daily clean‑up.

Violations

Guard may stop work and report to the Committee; repeated violations → penalties per Board rules.
