Article 3 — Gate Access & Vehicle Stickers

Resident access

  • Show valid HOA ID / digital pass at gate.

  • Keep contact info updated with the Secretary.

Vehicle stickers (annual)

  • Cars: ₱350/year

  • Light vehicles (e.g., motorcycle/tricycle): ₱150/year

  • Stickers must be affixed on the windshield (cars) or front panel (light vehicles); tampering or transfer is prohibited.

  • Lost/damaged sticker: file a replacement request; old sticker will be voided.

Note: No RFID is implemented at this time.

Guests & ride‑hailing

  • Visitors must present valid ID and destination address; guard logs entry/plate.

  • For deliveries/ride‑hailing, residents should inform the guard via WhatsApp or call to reduce delays.
