Regular deliveries: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Restricted hours (deliveries): after 7:00 PM require prior resident notice to the guardhouse (call/WhatsApp).
Staging & parking

Coordinate with guard for temporary staging; never block corners, hydrants, gates, or driveways.

Use spotters/flaggers when reversing trucks or offloading on street.

Remove mud/debris dragged onto the road immediately; bring your own cleaning tools.
Road/utility cuts

Require specific approval with reinstatement method & timeline noted in the Clearance Letter.

Maintain steel plates/barriers as required; restore to original grade/finish.
