Article 1 — Construction & Renovation Clearance (Step‑By‑Step)

When clearance is required

  • Any exterior works, structural changes, additions/roofing, driveway/utility cuts, façade changes visible from street, heavy deliveries causing road/staging use, or any work that can affect neighbors/common areas.

How to apply

  1. Submit Application (PDF/Perfex form) to [CONSTRUCTION EMAIL] or via Perfex portal. Include: scope, drawings/sketches, timeline, contractor name & contacts.

  2. Worker List & IDs for gate registration.

  3. Traffic/Delivery Plan if trucks/materials will stage on roads.

  4. Waste & Restoration Plan (where debris goes; how you’ll protect drains/roads; how you’ll restore).

  5. Pay Refundable Damage Deposit (see Article 4) and email proof to finance@pethoa.com.

Review & approval

  • Committee review: [3–5 business days]. You may be asked for revisions/clarifications.

  • Approval issued via Clearance Letter with conditions (working hours, staging, safety rules).

Before you start

  • Pre‑work huddle with guard/owner/foreman to confirm rules and contact numbers.

  • Post a visible copy of your Clearance Letter at site.
