Article 2 — Reporting Incidents & Emergencies

When to call

Emergency (immediate threat to life/property): call 09542306798 (guard on duty) and/or barangay police; also post in WhatsApp Security Channel if safe to do so.
Non‑emergency: email the HOA Incident Form to security@pethoa.com.

Minimum details
Date/time, exact location, parties involved, clear description, photos/videos (if any), your name and address.

After you file

Guard/Committee logs the case → may request statements/evidence → coordinates with guards or barangay.
If between members, case may be referred to Grievance & Adjudication for mediation.
Appeals go to the Board; only after Board certification of non‑settlement may cases be elevated to regulators.

Record‑keeping

For tracking, send follow‑up documents to security@pethoa.com and keep the incident reference no.
