Article 2 — Parking Rules: Where You Can/Can’t Park

Not allowed

  • Double‑parking or parking on corners that reduce sight lines.

  • Parking within 5 meters of an intersection/corner.

  • Parking in front of or blocking driveways, gates, hydrants, emergency access zones, or posted no‑parking signs.

  • Long‑term storage of inoperable/abandoned vehicles on streets.

  • Parking that obstructs garbage collection or construction access approved by the HOA.

Guest/overflow parking

  • Use only designated sides/areas if signposted or announced by the HOA.

  • Overnight guest parking: notify the guard via WhatsApp channel or guard phone.

Common sense

  • Keep at least one full lane clear for emergency vehicles.

  • Align wheels near the curb; do not encroach on lawns or landscaped beds.
